Trident Dermatology

Updating forms was streamlined, very quick on tablet. Taken back quickly and Doctor came in quickly. No waiting anywhere. Doctor was thorough and kept asking me if I had any concerns (yearly check). She looked at every/any spot that I wanted her to. Check out was quick as well. Made my appt for next year and I was off. Early morning appointments are the BEST!

This office is wonderful. Dr. Duff is amazing. His assistant, Stephanie, was also great. Dr. Duff was able to successfully address my issues that have persisted for over a year. If you are looking for a dermatologist, you will be in excellent care. The office is clean, you never wait more than five minutes to be seen, if not less than that. They take time to address your concerns and never rush your time with them. You are treated with respect from the time you enter the front door to the time you leave. I very highly recommend this office.

Dr. Butler is the man. I've been coming to him with my skin condition for years. He and his staff have fought with insurance and pharmacies to get me the treatment I need, over and over again. I'm able to live a normal life thanks to their treatment, and just as important, their advocacy. I live all the way in Mt. Pleasant these days, and getting up there can be an absolute bear. But I will never switch providers. I will make that trip. He's worth it.

My first experience with Trident Dermatology was perhaps 8 or 9 years ago. When I noticed some concerning spots I had no hesitation to call them for an appointment. I saw Dr. Duff and was very pleased with him. Very thorough. I also had a procedure by Dr. Saylor and he did an excellent job. The staff is very welcoming and do a great job!

Greeted when arriving..fast and easy check in. Only a 5 minute wait before taken back to the exam room. Nurse was super and the PA was friendly, professional and answered all my questions. Check out was quick also. Would rate my experience as excellent.
