I’ve been a patient for two years and as they continue to grow in Pawleys Island, you might think they would have growing pains and it would be harder to get appointments. My experience has been just the opposite. They have always been available and if they experienced growing pains moving into new office space, as a patient, I have never felt or seen any issues with the changes. I’m glad they moved/opened an office here in Pawleys. So convenient.!

I have been a patient at this practice for more than 10 yrs and all of my experiences have been exceptional. It’s welcoming, professional, and most importantly- patients come first! They do their utmost to meet patients needs and have been flexible with scheduling. I see Katelyn who very knowledgeable in her subject matter and always takes the time to make her patients feel comfortable. This is the quality standard all other practices should aspire to!

Thanks to Germain for their quick response to my problem. I recommend Germain because I don't have a problem getting an appointment, I don't have to wait long to be seen and everyone is always happy. Might be a good place to work too.

Had scar revision surgery in pawelys island, by DR. Bruce Barach. Before I had my surgery, they thought I was having surgery done on something else which scared me. Had to talk to the doctor before my surgery, i should have ran out of there. After I had my surgery, I was giving no healing instructions. When i got my stitches removed i had to bring the doctor into the office to tell him my worries about a bump on my face and how his stitches were barely hanging onto my skin and one stich went into the wound. He told me see you in 30 days. I asked if need to put anything on it he said no. No other healing instructions were given , no standard of care. Came back 30 days later with a giant bump on my face. He told me it's not his fault, and it's my fault. Said the billing lady out front saw me touching my face. When all I was doing was taking a picture of my face. He refused to give me any care or help me after my surgery. When having a major complication like I did.I couldn't believe the doctor refused to give me any help or advice to help with healing. So I made another appointment to see him again. He refused to help me again. I had to call and complain, 3 months later i got help from another one of their doctors in mount pleasant. My face got really messed up from this surgery. Do not get any surgery done by this doctor very selfish and bad person.

The staff was very professional. Dr. Stalbird was very thorough and smart she diagnosed my skin problem quickly. Wonderful atmosphere, super nice people. I would recommend this facility to all my friends and family.
