On two occasions they threw away my urine sample instead of following protocol. I had UTI ! I have a scar from a TB test that wasn’t taken properly and it had green puss coming from it. I went to have a test of my sugar and A1C ( fasting) my sugar was 563 & my A1C was 9.1 I was told to come back and check in a week. My eye Dr had sent the request to them. My vision was blurry, extremely thirsty, frequently urinating & the nurse even told me I had sugar in my urine! I went to urgent care the next day & was told I am a diabetic! & that Dr put me on insulin & a diabetes diet, without question!

I have nothing bad to say only good things about this place.She is so nice and has helped me so much and so is her husband. Very smart and knowledgeable both of them. They go the extra mile for you to get relief. If you have pain please don't hesitate to go there.Inge .

Had an insurance issue and called Dr. Wise. She was able to look into and called me back and explained to me what was going on! Her and Jack and Casey are all exceptional! I am thankful to have found such a wonderful center for my needs!

DO NOT GO HERE!! The doctors don't care. They will tell you that they can take you as a patient and that they're calling your *absolutely needed* medication, only to continuously call for 2 weeks and find out that they, in fact, never called the prescriptions in and sent you a certified letter in the mail simply stating that they refuse to take me as a patient now, with no explanation. And when they're not doing that, they will continuously push you off on the urgent care in Pelzer (who is a FANTASTIC doctor) because they don't want to spend the money running test to find out what is actually wrong. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST DOCTOR'S OFFICE EVER!!!!

Active duty member here that got Dr.Malone assigned and had to call for months most the time not receiving a response in to which I was accepted or not. To only find out after more calling I wasn’t and they forgot to call me. Shouldn’t take 4 months to figure out if you can accept me or not but I guess private practice only chases a profit.
