I called for a consultation, which was free. I arrived early, but they were able to take me a few minutes after I got there. I was given options for a deep forehead wrinkle. I was told how things would work and why she would choose the option. I live 180 miles from Sioux Falls, and decided to go with the nurses suggestion, receiving 50% off because it was my first visit. The nurse performed the injections right then and there…no extra trip, no extra visit fee! I was done in about 20 minutes with very little to no pain. The receptionist and nurse were both very friendly and helpful. I would highly suggestion the technicians at Chapter. Update after two months: I can tell a difference in my deep forehead wrinkle but still have a red bump in the center of my forehead. Called and sent pics in. I was given a topical steroid. We will see if this helps. 🤷🏻‍♀️ At the four month mark, there was still a small red bump. The clinicians did their best to meet my needs by having me stop in for a treatment as requested by the PA.

I've had nothing but great experiences when visiting Chapter. I love the clinic vibes and aesthetics. I recently seen Jess and she is amazing! She is so good at what she does!
