I’ve been going to Serenity Spa for a little while now, and I couldn’t be happier! Ever since I started getting treatments for my face here, I’ve noticed such a noticeable improvement in my skin and it feels healthier, looks brighter, and is starting to slowly butt surely get that glow I’ve always wanted. The staff is also super incredible. They are so friendly, knowledgeable and give you the royal treatment. I specially love that they call you “queen”/“my queen” and always compliment you and it doesn’t feel fake at all. I also have to give a special shoutout to Ron, who is amazing at explaining everything in detail. He makes sure you have all the education you need to make informed decisions about your treatments. He’s also really good at helping you see that what you’re doing is an investment in your skin’s health. The spa itself is such a calming and inviting space…it feels like a mini getaway from the daily grind. Every visit leaves me feeling refreshed, cared for, and excited about the progress I’m seeing in my skin. I’m so glad I found Serenity Spa!! Ron and the entire team have changed the way I take care of my skin. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants great results and an amazing experience!

It saddens me to write this review the tech are amazing but whoever handles the appointments after you leave & they txt is absolutely terrible. I’ve scheduled my appointment before I leave & every time before I come in for my appointment I always receive a txt request to change tech or times. This last time I never got a response back from the txt # regarding the change of time. Then a couple of days later I called & left a message no response then I called again & a person picked up they didn’t understand what I was talking about (I explained the txt etc) & they still didn’t understand what I was saying. It was very frustrating… considering it was the spa that reached out to me to change the time… I asked then if I could transfer to the other spa opening they said “No” I asked why “it’s another branch” I said but in the txt it said the scheduling with my tech need to be changed because of the new spa which led me to believe she is working at the other spa. No response Finally I called customer service and explain to them what was going on and basically they said I can request a refund that was their solution. I said OK I guess so. I put in a request. Well that was a waste of time because if you sign the paperwork, it says zero refund so I spent over $2000 and I am get zero back & they haven’t done anything to make it better besides pass the buck. And to be honest if they reached out to me now I’m not gonna wanna go to any of the spas because now I have a bad taste in my mouth on how they handle the paperwork how they handle their clients. Their whole thing is to come in be stress-free and relax and they have literally have created stress for me. I’m not gonna go in and relax because I’m gonna be in the back of my mind thinking “ thinking what’s the point a point of setting up an appointment because I’m just gonna get a text wanting to change it and then I’ll have to deal with the stress”. Would I recommend this place?? Tech or whatever they called …They’re very nice. I would recommend not signing up for the VIP. It’s a waste of money maybe just do the one time visits & the walk ins… and that’s it. Don’t waste your money on buying the over $2000 it’s not worth the stress. the VIP package.
Serenity spa is very helpful & professional. every time I come in I feel very welcomed. The Skin Specialist and all Estheticians are extremely knowledgeable & caring. I would highly recommend getting treated here. A++!!!
I had a Groupon for this spa. Thoroughly enjoyed the facial, but like other reviews, the sales pitch on your way out is to the point of harassment. I won't go back. There are other spas that are just as good without the extreme sales pressure. $187/month is what I was quoted and that was supposedly 50% off. Offer reasonable prices without the added sales pitch and you'll retain clients instead of driving them away.
