Vivaz Medical Spa

I purchased a three treatment BBL hero and the first one did absolutely nothing for me. I’ve had BBL in the past by two other locations and received great results. I was told it was my skin type. I finally convinced them to redo my treatment. Again, no results. Not sure if the machine needed to be updated. Third time in, they convinced me to do BBL plus Moxi and said it would not cost anything extra. When I went to check out, I was told I owed almost $200. I felt there was seriously zero customer care, customer service and not even friendly smiles or true care by the receptionist or any of the staff. It felt very fake and so off.

Had my second HALO laser here. Michaela is a consummate professional. She is thorough in her explanation and answers any questions one may have. I asked her to “go aggressive” and she certainly did! Ecstatic with my results! The facility itself is well managed and what one would expect from any medical spa. Great selection of medical grade skincare as well.

I came in 10 min before closing to get some skincare products (ugh I know I am THAT customer lol). Miss Simone was so kind and helped me pick out a moisturizer and some other goodies. I love that they carry Eminence products which are simply amazing. My mom and brother came here for facials and they had excellent treatments. Everyone here is so friendly and I trust their expertise. Thank you Vivaz! -Natalia

I went to the spa back in January and I cannot begin to tell you about the incredible experience that I had there. The spa is so relaxing! She is patient, kind and is a wonderful hostess. I wanted to stay and nap long after my service, but I did not want to inconvenience her. :o) I recommend her to friends and every family member of mine will have to go and visit her for the exceptional experience!

Great experience! Very professional, relaxing, and great smelling products. Would have rated it 5 stars if they didn’t apply an oil at the end of my facial. I don’t like the greasy feel.
