I had a wonderful experience with Whitney! I had never been to a dermatologist before and was very hesitant but she made me feel comfortable. She took the time to answer all my questions and even went to get me water when I felt light headed. The prescription she gave me cleared my skin issue right up. I will definitely be seeing her for any future concerns!

This facility is quite good. The front desk responded with my name as I walked through the front door, and had me checked in in seconds. Wait time was less than five minutes. Medical staff was quite warm and engaging, and responded fully to my questions. Later phone query about whether to use gloves was responded to within a short time, as was my earlier query at the office. I am afraid I took up too much time of one staff member with my problems, but she was very patient and pleasant about it. Actually, I wish they had a coffee room where I could hang out.

Great experience. Check in was smooth. The front desk staff was very welcoming. I was taken back quickly with minimal wait time. PA and MA were both awesome and answered all my questions and addressed all concerns. Happy to have found a great derm here!

I would highly recommend Whitney Colella in the Alcoa TN office. Very professional and caring during the office visits. She was on time for the appointment which is a plus as many providers these days have you sitting in the lobby well past the time of the appointment. I've recommended many of our close friends to Whitney and all of them have had glowing remarks on the services she provided.

Came in for a skin cancer screening. Everyone was polite, friendly, and quick in a good way. Didn’t feel rushed, but more that Dr. Whitney was on-top of her game and knew what she was looking for. Her being very assure and knowledgeable made me feel very comfortable. Answered all my questions. Thank you guys, look forward to my next appointment.
