I scheduled my appointment in October and they waited until Dec. 4 (my appointment is on the 5th) to call and tell me that they can’t see me because I have TennCare, although I also told her I have Signa as well.The lady on the phone was very rude and kept giving me the same answers instead of answering my questions. Yes I am a child, but I also deserve to be treated with the same respect as an adult when I am am the one coming to your business.

I had a great experience here. Friendly staff and short waiting time. Mrs. Easley was very kind and detailed with her answers. Thanks MSD!

Edit: When Keri left, I thought a visit would never be the same. I was right but it's just as good. Cassie is wonderful and good at what she does. Front desk is helpful and keeps me on schedule - what I need - so all is good. They take good care of me and Dr Easley is still fantastic. Original review: As long as Keri, Megan and Ashley in the cosmetic division are there I'm happy. They take such good care of me. Dr. Easley is wonderful if you need advanced skin care.

It's a great place and nice staff but it shouldn't be SO COLD in a place where you have to undress! All the ladies behind the check-in desk are all wearing sweaters...Who is the brains behind that!!!

I really shouldn't give a positive review, as it's already widely known as a top notch operation, and I really don't want MORE people going there.lol People get in my way sometimes..🤣
