Sona Dermatology of Nashville - Brentwood

Please seek other places then going here. This is the third tech they have had since I’ve started my laser sessions about a year ago. I made an appointment for the only Saturday that they have open and I drive an hour to get there and they’re CLOSED. I called and they said “sorry we forgot to let you know that the office is closed and our tech who does the laser quit” and then told me that they would reach out to me on Monday. It doesn’t get more unprofessional than this. So if you love to be scammed, this is the place for you!

I wish I could give Sona Dermatology zero stars. I paid $3,500 for 9 laser hair removal treatments, but due to the incompetence of their first technician, I didn't see results after complete the treatment . After that I got 4 sessions for free instead 9 or at least 8 .Now they want me to pay for more sessions, and I have seen zero results. It’s not my fault the staff didn’t know how to do their jobs! When I asked for a corporate contact, the front desk staff refused to help. This place feels like a scam. Please consider other options before wasting your money here!

After having multiple totally painless laser hair removal treatments at sona, that really haven’t done a whole lot, The nurse changed my settings and it felt like when I have had successful hair removal before so I know it is likely going to be effective FINALLY!

Stopped in because, well, I’m starting to get old. I’ve been curious about Botox. Let me say, THIS was a fantastic experience!!! First of all the front desk girl Catie, was such a delight! She was so welcoming with her bright smile. I could tell she thoroughly loves her job! When talking with nurse, Melissa. Just wow. I was blown away by how knowledgeable she is about Botox and the other things the clinic offers. I didn’t catch her name, but I could tell she was in charge. She came out from the back and was so encouraging and comforting about my aging skin! She was absolutely stunning with the most beautiful red hair. Needless to say, I’ll be back to sign up for a membership. Very thankful I stumbled upon this place! Thanks ladies, you know how to make an aging lady feel comfortable AND beautiful!

My review is based solely on my experience with laser hair removal with Melissa. I have had three treatments and have already seen a huge difference. Melissa is so professional. I am not uncomfortable in the slightest while she is lasering my bikini area. It is pain free and I’m thrilled with the results so far. I’m definitely going to have her do some other treatments when I am done with the hair removal.
