Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Carthage, TN

I was a walk in. And they were very prompt and professional. I was taken back promptly, and attended too. Everyone was very nice and explained everything to me. They also called back the following day to check on me. I'd recommend going to them.

I was seen quickly. I was diagnosed,x-rays were done and I received medication that quickly helped. The NP was polite ,knowledgeable and efficient. He called me at home that evening with the radiology report and more info for home management.

Took my mother to get seen cause her primary care physician couldn't see her! Front desk lady was rude from the first moment we walked in! We were talking to one lady and the other lady interrupted to tell us we "didn't need to give information, they would take care of that in the back" and was rude about it! Then when the first lady tried to tell my mom about her co-pay and mom and I were questioning why the co-pay was so much the second lady interrupted again! Then I tried to say "I understand you guys don't make the rules" she got rude again! I admit I may have raised my voice but your business says you care about the health and well being of your patients! Well this woman doesn't show that care for the patient! We were told after the fact by the office manager that the second lady was training the first lady! That would have been information that would have been good to know from the beginning! Then my mom decided to leave and as we left the lady made a rude and inconsiderate statement and gesture, that's when I asked for the office manager! As we were talking to the office manager the lady kept interrupting us and continued to be rude! If you really care about your patients it has to start at the front desk!!

The doctor was awesome and so was the nurses who took my my 14 yr old son's vitals and talked to us before Dr came in. I took my son to Fast Pace (Carthage) before school started this morning because he's been feeling sick and had fever since yesterday. They did the flu&COVID/corona test and he has the flu. Everyone was awesome this morning.Dr Kelley Logan is great. It always makes me feel like crap when my kids are sick even tho they aren't little anymore-i wish I can take the sickness from them and it make me be sick instead of them.Fast Pace from front desk to the back was all great today 👍

I saw Kelly and she was very quick in and out and didn’t have time for me or didn’t even listen to my concerns. She wouldn’t give me what I asked for and I had a major sinus infection so had to come home and get in with my primary a day later. Did home remedies in the meantime so I wasn’t in SO much pain.
