I Love Dr Shire and his staff they are awesome I’m 76 yrs old my husband is 83 I looked much older than him Dr Shire did an amazing job my results far exceeded my expectations.

Everyone in the office is outstanding !! Dr. Shire is a true artist !! He cares about his patients and always listens to what they have to say!! Never would he “push” you to do a procedure you did not need, in fact he will let you know if he feels it is not necessary. He explains everything in a way you understand and is honest about what the end result will be. As soon as you go into his practice, you are treated with courtesy by the front desk staff. They are attentive and you don’t feel like just another patient to them. From the front desk, his assistants, and Dr. Shire himself you know you are in good hands!! When I made the decision to have a facelift, I wanted the best surgeon that I could find. I met with a couple in my home state but was not that impressed. A person I knew in Chattanooga, TN suggested that I talk with Dr. Shire. Over a facetime call, he assessed my face and asked me what I didn't like about it. He then explained what his procedure would be, as well as the recovery process. That was when I knew that he was the right surgeon for me. He did not suggest more than what I wanted, and he was very particular about my preparation for the surgery and my commitment to follow the post-surgical protocol in order to get the best result. I met with him the day I arrived in Chattanooga, and he once again, reviewed the process with me. I had the surgery the following day. He, as well as his entire staff and surgical team were kind, encouraging and professional. I stayed in town for about two weeks post-op, and during that time, I saw him three or four times to get stitches removed, have my incisions checked and to reinforce that I was following the post-surgical protocol. By the time I left for home, there was very little bruising or swelling. They even gave me a gift at my last appointment. When I got home, several people said that I looked rested and happy. No one had any idea that I had had a face lift. That's the beauty of Dr. Shire. He is an artist. My face looked natural, and that is how a facelift should look! I would highly recommend that before you have any facial plastic surgery done, have a consult with Dr. Shire. It won't take long to realize what a skilled and compassionate man he is. Three years ago Dr. Shire performed a facelift and lower jaw augmentation on me. I was 65 year old and my face was sagging due to a considerable loss of weight years before and advancing age. I wanted to look natural and she appropriate, just better. After a consultation I decided he was the surgeon I would trust. I’ve been pleased from day one with the results, however after recently attending my 50th HS reunion I’m now ecstatic! There were some obvious facelifts in the room, but I felt fabulous about my appearance. I received many compliments and none of the pictures posted by my classmates have made me cringe.
