False Advertisement I was excited regarding my complimentary consultation. I completed it and I indicated that I required further research due to pre-existing conditions before proceeding. After completion, I will send labs if it was a good fit. I was charged $250 by the front desk and was informed that it was a onetime charge after asking twice about the charge. Assuming that their policies changed I paid the fee. However, upon review of their website. Go to about and then FAQ, it states-Can I schedule a consultation to discuss my specific needs? It stated Absolutely! We offer complimentary consultations- in person and online- to discuss your specific concerns and goals. During your consultation, our knowledgeable staff will assess your needs and recommend personalized treatment options. Upon seeing this, I consulted with the chat option and requested a refund due to potentially the front desk was new and for the company to honor their website. I was informed to come in to determine if I could be accommodated. I returned the next day to be informed by Krystal that, "hormones and weight loss is not considered services in the complimentary consultation because it is specific. I talked about specific treatments, and you said you will send labs." Is this not the definition of their website to indicate personalized treatment option. In summary, their website consultation was not honored, and a refund was not given. This is an example of unethical business practices which could have been easily resolved. I have pictures of the website before the modification and the chat message.

I cannot say enough good things about this place!!! I have been to several other places for Botox and lip filler and Krystal and her nurse Sarah made me feel so comfortable and did such an amazing job. From the second you walk in to the time you walk out you are met with smiles, compliments, and the most unforced small talk. These ladies are not only talented at what they do professionally but they are also true “girls girls” and make you feel like you are hanging out with friends. I have found my place!

I LOVE Karen and Krystle! They are so knowledgeable and are so inviting! I get Scarlet and Agnes treatments along with laser hair removal for some tiny facial hairs! I have had some weight loss and the Agnes helped tighten up my neck and arms and made them way less “crepe” textured. My skin has never looked better and I’ll be a scarlet convert for life! It’s very cozy and not intimidating like some large aesthetic places- they really take the time to listen to you and have solutions for any and all skin, hair and general wellness issues you might have! I’m a stylist and have sent so many of my clients here and they love it too! They’re the perfect blend of tough love and kind- and that’s what you need when it comes to aesthetic procedures! You won’t regret becoming a regular here!
