Everyone was so nice from the time I walked in the door till I left. They were fast I didn't have to wait long. The service was so good. They were concerned asked me all the right questions. I'm going back in a couple weeks to get a cyst removed and sge explained all that time me as well. Then I have an appointment to get a full body check for moles and any other places that concern me. I'm so greatful my family doctor recommended Skin Solutions to me. Go see them, they are very concerned and caring. KG

Dr. Herman and her staff were the outstanding professionals you expect/need when having skin cancers removed. Nurses made me comfortable from intake to discharge. Dr. Herman, with a plastic surgeon's eye, is an talented addition to Skin Solution's team. I have every confidence that the excisions and required stitches will heal beautifully. Cassie is amazing and I feel she looks after my skin issues. She makes my experience pleasant even when she freezes my spots. The entire staff is always pleasant. I’ve recommended Skin Solutions and several of my friends go their now and they are pleased as well.

Third visit but first visit that resulted in a prescription being filled. First, each time I have been in, I listen to the office folks relay their personal business, which most of the conversation is not appropriate or should be spoken in this setting. So on to today’s visit. The doctor and her assistant were absolutely great, just like the other visits. Today I had a prescription. They verified where it was to be sent and I left. I drove nearly an hour to the pharmacy and the prescription had not yet been called in. I called Skin Solutions and they told me it usually takes 1-2 hours and after the chart my visit. They never mentioned this to me while in the office, nor should this be the practice. On the phone they told me they would have it faxed over right away since I was standing at the pharmacy. 56 minutes later, I checked and the pharmacy still had not received anything. I called back to Skin Solutions and they told me it had not yet been faxed and they were now at lunch. She ( different person than the first) told me that it usually takes a couple hours. Again, not relayed to me nor should that be the practice. Now I left and have to return a later time to get the prescription. Very poor customer service and I believe the procedure needs to be looked at. In addition, I read a review from a month of so ago where the person was also complaining of personal conversations and Skin Solutions replied and said they hold staff accountable and it will be addressed. Obviously that did not happen
