My whole experience was wonderful. From my initial greeting when I entered the building to seeing Ms Jessica. Everyone was friendly and inviting made me feel so comfortable. Procedures was painless and was told everything I needed to know. The care I was given was excellent. The staff made me feel at ease and let me relax. I highly recommend this office and Ms Jessica.

Nice office. Reception area is large. We had a mid-morning appointment and we did not wait. The staff was thorough getting our history and with the annual exam.

My provider Jessica, is very knowledgeable and professional. She cares and so does her team of assistants. They take great care of me and listens to what I have to say. The receptionist is very friendly and always prints off copies of my VA paperwork for me. I just love this office and would recommend Cumberland Dermatology to anyone who has skin issues.

I came into the office in Cookeville for the first time 11/4/2024. Upon entering I was greeted with a big welcome smile and was walked through all the documents for new patient. The office was bright and clean that showed pride throughout. My wait was short and was made to feel totally comfortable. When the provider came in I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. You could tell by the way everyone demonstrated they wanted and did give excellent customer service
