My wife and I have signed up and had our first meeting this week. Making the appointment was seamless and Dr Kumar spent all the time we needed (probably 45 minutes) he explained everything very clearly. He is very knowledgeable and easy to understand. We are very pleased.

I was referred to Dr. Kumar by a family member to work on weight loss and balancing hormones and just over all health I’m 36 and after having 4 kids, I’m ready to take back my health and go into my later years as healthy as I possibly can. I recently had my first appointment and really enjoyed the experience. Scheduling my appointment was very easy and Dave was helpful with guiding me through the steps. Once I came in for my first appointment, I was greeted with warm smiling faces. The office is clean and inviting, doesn’t feel like a medical office at all which helped me feel very comfortable. When I sat down with Dr. Kumar for our first consultation, he was great with answering my questions and helping me come up with a plan to help me reach my goals of feeling and looking better. Next I cane in for my first official appointment as a member, I was able to get on the books quickly. The appointment went very well and was filled with a lot of helpful information and I’m looking forward to applying it and creating new habits. I’m looking forward to our next appointment and learning more and watching myself transform in a healthier happier version of myself.
