Christina was my medical technician who did my UltraClear laser and she was amazing. The whole experience, from the consultation to the actual treatment and aftercare was fantastic. She was so thorough during my consultation and really listened to my history, asked questions and explained her recommendations. I felt really confident with my treatment plan. I didn’t feel rushed. I could feel she actually cared and wanted the best results for me. I am someone who has many different lasers and by far I am seeing the best results from from this one treatment from Franklin Skin & Laser. Really happy With both the facility and Christina. Highly recommend!

My experience here was wonderful. The front desk was warm and inviting and was very on top of checking in and getting me an appointment that worked for my wild schedule. I was actually taken back a couple minutes early. The rooms were clean and prepped with a blanket and a tray ready to go. I got a clear and brilliant original laser treatment with topical numbing cream. Christina and Megan did a wonderful job at explaining what the service was for and what my downtime would be (minimal). They also gave me a bag with take home care products and really detailed instructions on what to do the next few days. I was comfortable the entire time - I even used a machine that was blowing cold air to help with the heat. I can’t wait to see the results! I will be back for more facial services and another clear and brilliant. I also purchased a couple recovery products to help soothe my skin and heal faster. Also they have an app where you can earn rewards every time you go and I saved $50 just by signing up. Will be back! 10/5 stars! ⭐️🤩

Christina is so great at what she does. Always so friendly, efficient and on time for every appointment I’ve had with her. Laser hair removal in the bikini area could be uncomfortable but she literally makes you feel so comfortable. She is very professional and easy to talk with during treatment. I will be recommending her to anyone needing laser hair removal.
