RG Aesthetic Plastic Surgery

About a year ago, I consulted various plastic surgeons to boost my self-esteem after losing 100lbs. I met with Dr. Roberto Ramirez at RG Plastics for neck lipo and buccal fat removal, which he claimed would suffice without skin removal or lifting. I followed all post-op instructions and invested in his skin tightening laser package. During the procedure, I wasn't numbed adequately. I expressed my dissatisfaction in post-op appointments, but he assured me I would like the results. By the final appointment, I was upset about the outcomes and felt I overpaid. Instead of addressing my concerns, he interrupted me and suggested chin and jaw fillers, dismissing my feedback about not being "snatched" as promised in my recent 6 month final follow up appointment along with how I need to be less negative about my result. After seeking second opinions, two other surgeons said lipo was the wrong choice and recommended a lower facelift/neck lift. I want others to be aware of the potential pitfalls in choosing a surgeon. I felt taken advantage of and ignored, and now I’m faced with paying nearly the same amount for a proper solution.

I paid a ridiculous amount for liposuction, expecting great results. Instead, I was left with uneven fat distribution and noticeable lumps. When I asked about a revision, they told me I’d have to pay full price again. Avoid this place unless you want to waste your money!!

After several consultations with different doctors, I was extremely pleased when I found Dr. RG. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough with the procedures I was inquiring about. From the moment I walked in his practice his team of staff were all super friendly and sweet. I am 5 months post-surgery, and I cannot believe the amazing results. I have received so many compliments and have regained my self-confidence after having 3 children. I highly recommend Dr. RG and would use his services again in a heartbeat.

Dr. Ramirez is hands down the best plastic surgeon that has existed, in my book anyway. He has an eye for beauty and what needs to be done to get the ultimate outcome. He has mastered the recovery process as well. My down time for what I had done wasn’t bad at all. He and his staff are so caring and involved throughout the whole process. I will forever be thankful for them.

I started my weight-loss journey here about 3 months ago and i’ve had an amazing experience working with the Doctor and Hannah the nurse. Ive lost a total of 55 pounds and i feel so good!
