I came back from the beach with a red rash on my back. I was terrified after researching what it could be online, but Dr. Fichtel eased my fears with her professional, knowledgable, and informative approach. She then correctly diagnosed and treated the rash. She even noticed a small growth on my neck that she was able to perform a procedure to remove right there in the office. No pain whatsoever. She was thorough enough to even send a sample to the lab to ensure there wasn't anything else to worry about. The space was very welcoming and staff was so cordial that I felt like I was in a five-star hotel and not in a medical office.
