They were great My only issue was that the Dr rushed through the exam as if she was on a time limit and even though she "heard" my issues of concern, she was too concerned about meeting her time frame for the appointment. To me, that's not professional. Take the time to really listen. You'll hear more than just rushing .

Dr. Mauro gives thorough examinations and explains each procedure as needed. She has located several melanomas and precancerous lesions on me for which I am most thankful. Dr. Mauro is competent and diligent as she works on her patients, yet she has a lovely bedside manner which puts you at ease immediately.

I am always 100% satisfied with the level of care I receive at Skin Solutions. The doctors and staff are wonderful individuals. I just want to say thank you, to each of them. They always bless me. Stacy Jo

Skin Solutions in Cool Springs gets a big fat ZERO on this review. jan 1 we had an insurance change, so my kids were no longer covered at REN Dermatology. Called new insurance and Skin Solutions was recommended. Took my 13 & 15 year old boys for “transition” appointments & had no problem. While there, i made myself an appointment for the next day (7:45 am, btw) and gave all my new insurance info (Cigna - different from the kids). All my info was registered and entered into their system-no problem, until i show up next am, and “we don’t take your insurance”. They were happy to tale me as full out-of-pocket. I told them they were incompetent. Beware . I won’t go back ever.

The Dr and staff were great with the procedure. My only issue is that I didn't get to finish my registration on consult appointment so my pharmacy wasn't listed. After procedure a Rx was sent to a pharmacy i don't /never have used! We had to transfer to my pharmacy and then it was not stated what size my Rx was! Made 3 trips to pharmacy. If only they had asked me. 🤔
