Aspen is the best!! She did my lips and they look so perfect I can't wait to go back. She was professional, kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely be going here regularly. Also, their numbing cream is so good I didn't feel a thing!

5 star salon! All the staff is absolutely amazing & so professional!! Michelle is very welcoming! Rachel gives excellent facials that helped restore my skin barrier. Aspen is so kind & knowledgeable. She is very thorough & professional with her services! 10/10 recommend! You won’t be disappointed!

Michelle & Aspen are why Southern Aesthetics Franklin was the best place to go. After hearing how Jennifer West, the owner, is not in the business of building women but more into using women and then trying to gain from them, it is clear she is about herself. No one should be treated the way these employees were treated. Jennifer has been confrontational with several different groups of employees. This is not the place to work or to support. Michelle is the reason everyone I know went there. Her top notch care, the relationship she builds with everyone she meets cannot be matched. This business should not be supported in any way. Michelle Pace is the best I have ever worked with. Contact her for all of your aesthetic or weight loss needs. She is the most knowledgeable, caring person and will make sure you are taken care of. Do not support the toxicity of Southern Aesthetics Franklin or Hendersonville. Disappointed that Michelle took Jennifer to the top and was shown no appreciation or respect for what she did to build women up. Isn’t that what this industry is suppose to do?
