Left a work trip (out of state) to travel back for my early appointment with Wellskin which was scheduled for the next morning. Right after receiving an automated appointment confirmation call, I get a call from their office telling me that the doctor was not going to be in on the day of my appointment. Had I done that I would have been charged due to it being less than 24hrs notice. Now I have to find another dermatologist as well as explaining to my manager. Absolutely would not recommend these people of this is how they do business.

Dr. Allread is a great doc, great manners, personable but also a great surgeon (and staff) cutting out a fast growing squamous cell carcinoma I had on my shoulder. I would give more stars than 5 if at all possible. Highly recommend this place!

I don’t feel as though my skin concerns were properly addressed the dermatologist only spent less than 10 min with me and didn’t even examine my skin just looked at it and gave me a cream. The pharmacy had a hard time getting a hold to them regarding one of the prescriptions being non covered. I called multiple times and no response! The front desk is nice but that’s it!

Dr Allred is awesome! Listens to concerns and goes above and beyond to treat effectively. Glad I found a knowledgeable person.

Front desk ladies are beyond sweet! I went in with my 4 month old and they helped me out when I forgot to grab labs and even forgot to ask the doctor a question after my appoitment, they ran back and got it answered for me. The Dr. I saw was fantastic, he listened to all my concerns and was the first dermatologist to actually find a medicine that can work with me breastfeeding. I felt a weight off my shoulders after this appointment and I'm so thankful to have found this clinic!
