I am never going back. I prepaid for mole removal, which I had done before with no issues. So imagine my surprise when I get a bill for over $200 for the exact services I’ve already paid for. I called the billing dept because surely there was a mistake. Nope, they billed my insurance company on purpose. So what was the point of prepaying for the service? To top it all off, she didn’t even remove all the moles!! So not only did I pay extra, but she didn’t even complete the job. I was highly disappointed and will not be returning.

I had an appointment with Dr Hinders and was so happy with the entire experience. I was not having a very good day and the ladies at the front desk where super helpful getting me to the right building, they were super sweet and understanding on the phone and even more sweet and respectful in person! I needed the smile they put on my face today! Dr Hinder's assistant was also so very sweet and helpful. As was Dr Hinder. Kindness goes a long way and these young ladies truly turned my frown upside down today. They will never understand the gift they gave me today!

This place is a joke!! I took my son to this location to seek help for his acne. We waited one hour 18 minutes for Venegas to come into the room. She wasn’t the friendliest or helpful. She advised that she would call in (3) prescriptions to our pharmacy, however we received (1) per our pharmacy the other (2) have yet to be called in (19) days later and (2) phone calls ago.

I visited to seek help for my acne and scarring, but my experience left much to be desired. Natalie Morgan spent barely five minutes in the room, offering only generic advice and no real consultation. Instead, I was simply prescribed antibiotics and sent on my way. When I tried to discuss the effects of these medications on my body, I was met with yet another prescription rather than any meaningful conversation. I raised concerns about my scarring, only to have them disregarded and told to "just use more." After being on these medications for over a year, I can't see how this approach is helping me. The front desk staff, however, is genuinely kind and cheerful, which was one positive aspect of the visit.

Jodie is top tier. Seek this discipline for sun damage/cancer checks mainly. She is professional, courteous, thorough, extremely knowledgeable and so down to earth and kind. Not only do I recommend her to fellow medical professionals, also recommend to friends and family. 10/10
