Dr. Clemons is an excellent doctor. I go there for my annual check up and he does a very thorough job and explains anything that he thinks needs to be addressed. His staff is very welcoming and cordial too. I was in and out very quickly!

They were extremely kind to me each time I had to go in and very professional. My only concern is I had a mole removed and had multiple stitches. I went to have them removed and had a concern they had left one in due to discoloration, I voiced this concern and had the nurse and doctor both check it. They both said it was not a stitch and it was just irritation from the stitches. Days later it was not healing so I ended up cutting the skin myself and found the stitch that I tried pointing out to them. I called them back to let them know and they said they had no way of tracking how many stitches they put in versus how many they take out. Over all, staff was kind to me, but if you are needing stitches I would be sure to ask the staff how many you are getting, to make sure they remove the correct amount.

I was going to be about 10 min late, or so I thought being stuck in road construction. I called to let them know I was stuck but should be there. I was held up longer than anticipated and ended up being about 20 min late. Dr. Clemmons agreed to still see me. I was so appreciative of their cooperation with me. Everyone here is so nice. I kept apologizing for being late, but it was a situation beyond my control and they accommodated me. Great team!!!
