I went to this place with a serious stomach infection, and the doctor didn't send the authorization to the insurance for the medication. She also didn't help me schedule an appointment with a gastroenterologist. When I called her to ask for help with the authorization, she got upset. The medication cost $400, and I asked for help several times, but nothing. I had to go to another urgent care. It's so sad that there are people who don't care about patients.

I was really happy with my care at Grace Wellness. I’ve bounced around urgent care clinics for several years and have also tried to establish care with a larger well-known clinic. With the larger clinic, I could never get a timely appointment booked or a return phone call to resolve insurance issues or basic medication questions. I never felt truly comfortable with the level of care I received there. I was happy to see several positive referrals to Jami Cornett’s office on the local community pages. Grace Wellness is small and quiet. I felt listened to about my issues and she gave several avenues of treatment options with different medications. I’m looking forward to establishing routine care here.

I had my first appointment on 1/31/24 and I am beyond pleased at the care, communication & friendliness of the staff. The office & staff was very inviting & kind. My appointment was great and I’m happy to have found a new Dr. for my healthcare needs. UPDATE: 7/1/24 Since my last post, things have changed and not for the better. My original doctor left the practice and I wasn’t informed at all. I called to mark an appointment to discuss my anxiety medicine which wasn’t working and was then informed of my doctor no longer being there. The person that answered the phone was rude and unkind to me. I called another time with another issue attempting to make an appointment & was dismissed and talked to very rudely. I would no longer recommend this office.

I felt important. They took the time to really listen to my concerns. The communication was excellent, received my lab results and a call regarding the results within 24 hours. Love that my whole family can go to the same office as they see pediatrics ages 2 and up as well as adults.

Check this practice out! They are fantastic! It is very clean and soothing inside. Also very easy to get to the clinic. Not a huge parking mess like at a hospital or medical office building.The staff are also so friendly! The nurse, Debra will put you at ease and has a lot of good experience. The provider was able to work my mom in recently with me as she needed to be seen for a sick visit and got her the help she needed.
