The people are nice, but they have a policy that they won't send your medical records to another doctor unless they referred you to them. I've been using the same rheumatologist for years and the dermatologist told me she thinks that my arthritis medicine is causing my skin rash, and I might need to change meds. The rheumatologist wanted to see the records, and Galen refuses to send them what they need. Not only is this just ridiculous, but it also will cause me to have to wait longer to get a resolution to my skin issue. They are more concerned with their own rules than with helping their patients. I just recently started using this dermatologist. But because of their stupid internal rules they have lost my business. This is no way to treat a patient...

From the front office to the nurses to Dr. Abby Russell this place is amazing. I’d rate it higher if I could. The most amazing and kind medical professionals I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

I love this office and the staff that work here. They are friendly and attentive each time I’ve visited. Dr. Collier is the sweetest and best dermatologist I’ve ever had. She makes me feel comfortable and at ease during my visits. She’s very knowledgeable and I thank her so much for taking care of the skin cancer I had on my back. I adore you guys and am so thankful you take care of me the way you do. I look forward to my future visits and my first Botox treatment! See y’all soon!

I have seen Dr. Victoria Collier twice and look forward to my next appointment. She takes time to listen and care about her patients needs. I was nervous about having prescriptions especially when my work environment was dealing with chemicals. She has a gift for treating with the right medication. I’m truly blessed to be a patient of hers.

I recently got in to see Dr. Collier. She really took her time and made sure to explain things very clearly. We did a skin check and lip filler. I told her I wanted it to look very natural and her technique was gentle and I am super pleased with the results. I’ll be going back to her for a chemical peel soon and will return for lip touch ups.
