Had an amazing first session experience! I suffer with PCOS and my parents, as a gift to me, are paying for laser hair removal for full face and neck! Morgan was AWESOME! She let me know exactly what to expect, addressed all my concerns, was in and out in 30 minutes including consultation and my first session! I would definitely recommend. I live an hour away from this location and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Can't wait to see the end results!

I have had one laser hair removal treatment at Kersey Laser & Spa. It was a great experience from the moment I walked in. The building is clean and comfortable and the staff were all very friendly, professional, and welcoming. Morgan answered all of my questions and listened to my concerns and previous laser hair removal experiences. The whole process from start to finish was very quick. Even including paperwork I was in and out in less than an hour. I think I was even seen a few minutes before my scheduled appointment time. Rates are very reasonable compared to other laser hair removal locations in Knoxville and treatments can be purchased individually without requiring a contract or long-term commitment. The laser itself has a cooling feature that makes it almost painless. I highly recommend Kersey Laser and Spa for anyone shopping around for laser hair removal in the Knoxville area.

Do NOT waste your time and money! After spending over $2000 and atleast 15+ painful treatments later I still have 80% hair growth! After attending these treatments for over 1.5 years, Kersey Laser & Spa continued to sell me the lie to ‘keep going’ stating that “eventually hair removal would be more apparent.” It NEVER worked. In fact, my hair grew back and is currently about the same as before I started. Don’t let them sell you lies!

Had a first appointment with Morgan for hair removal. She was wonderful- friendly, efficient and thorough. No sales pitches, which we can all appreciate. In and out quickly and on with my day. Would 10/10 recommend so far!
