This is definitely a feel good place! The staff is so specialized and gives individual attention based on my specific needs. Emily took ample time to listen and understand my circumstances. I am thoroughly impressed and I feel at ease and take comfort in knowing my care is priority.

ZüpMed is EXACTLY what a visit to the doctor should be like! From the moment you walk through the door to the moment you leave the lobby the respect and attention that you receive will be almost confusing because it is so rare in the insurance-based medical space. From the efficiency of the ladies at the front, to the fact that you won't have to wait in a waiting room, but rather a very comfortable exam room, to the super kind and attentive nature of every provider that will walk through that exam room door, the entire experience is 10 out of 10!

People always greet you with a big happy smile. Usually within a matter of a few minutes you are ushered into your examining room which is well furnished with leather recliner and comfortable chairs. I joke with the concierge about ,"where all the sick people and my 45 minute wait that my old doctor used to put me through." Then you have nurses and nurse practitioners all coming and going to take care of your medical needs. I see Dr. Sands, who has been known to spend 30 minutes with me talking about all things Medical with Incredible understanding and knowledge. Her professional, thorough and caring approach was something I'd never experienced in seeking medical treatment. It's the way medical treatment should be. The only thing that could be better, according to my wife, is if they served wine. As for me, the only thing better would be if they came to my house. It's really great service.

My experience with Zupmed so far has been excellent. It’s a totally different environment than your normal doctor’s office. Less paperwork and other bureaucracy; friendly, helpful, and well-qualified staff; no waiting; and first-rate physicians like Dr. Michelle Sands. Dr. Sands is the very definition of what a doctor should be. Brilliant, compassionate, and caring, a true healer and caregiver. Couldn’t recommend her or Zupmed any higher!

Brought my 93-year-old mother for a check up and to start a Züp Med contract. Everyone was lovely and we didn’t wait at all. I particularly appreciated how gracious the staff was with Mama. Thank you!
