I went to Jeff City location twice. I like my doctor but I am not impressed with the admin staff. They are discourteous, not helpful, and my biopsy results were not posted on the portal and I asked why but they did not have an answer. The I tried to call 2 times to get the results over the phone, no one answers and no one returns your call. And to top if off, they are closed on Friday. Great hours for the staff and not the patients.

I was unhappy with my dermatologist in town because their review was literally from across the room and superficial at best. Dr. Brimhall, on the other hand, was timely, professional, and he took the time to look me over thoroughly, head to toe, with zero judgement, leaving me with the feeling that I was well cared for and in good hands. I highly recommend him.

I was seen last fall and was told to make an appointment with someone else in the practice ( female) for a full body exam. I had to wait until April for this appointment which was this week. I explained my history and family history of skin cancer on my moms side. I sat in the room 30 minutes waiting on her and she looked at my neck, couple places on my back under my shirt and that was it 5 minutes tops! I have many questions but she was gone and in a flash! No follow up needed I was told! Absolutely terrible!

My family has a history of skin cancers so I try to keep an eye out and stay on top of anything that may seem abnormal. I also have a couple of skin conditions that do not continuously present. When they do, while temporary, it can be somewhat debilitating. I have been here twice. Both times I was paired with Vita Mayes. The first time, because my skin issue was not presenting that day she told me it wasn’t severe enough to do anything about it. Didn’t even consider anything I was telling her about past experiences and how it effects my basic mobility and functionality. The second time was a year or two later about a place I was concerned about on my face. It should be a happy occasion to find out you don’t have cause for concern but she talked to me like I was crazy for even being there. I will not be returning to this office. I will go to Knoxville.

Dr. Conrad Brimhall and Vita Mayes are so wonderful and compassionate. They figured out what is wrong with me when no one in Knoxville could- after only 2 visits! I live in Knoxville and I drive to the Morristown office because they are the best. Now that I have a correct diagnosis on my rare condition, I can go about getting the correct help. I have been mostly homebound because I have been in terrible condition. I'm so thankful for Dr. Brimhall and Vita Mayes. I feel very hopeful that they will help me manage this disease and give me a chance to have a life again. God bless them. I can't give them enough stars!
