This was my first time ever having any cosmetic procedures done and it was the best experience. The woman at the desk was so welcoming and kind. Beth was so kind and welcoming and so full of knowledge. She really took the time to explain things to me and make me feel solid in the decisions we made. Real person here with real wrinkles and skin issues just wanting to look younger and stay natural looking. I’ve been going here for years! The providers look so naturally beautiful which is what I am also going for. The girls are super professional and they always give great advice on what treatments are best for you specifically. I trust Natalie so much I usually just give her a budget and tell her to do whatever she thinks I need. I have always been 100% happy with every treatment here! I wouldn’t go anywhere else and trust me I’ve been to a lot of different places in Nashville and surrounding areas for beauty treatments. I’ve also been to places in Miami and even in Europe for Botox and fillers and Complexion IS BY FAR the best I’ve encountered.

I have seen both Beth and Natalie for services here...I had two tumors removed from under my eyes 3 years ago with scaring from the surgery...They have been Extremely understanding and helpful with addressing this area...I have had PRF microneedling, Filler under eye and dysport at this location so far. It was my first time for neuro toxins and I was fearful and probably drove them both batty with my questions. They took the time to answer all my questions and address my concerns. Now for the results...Beautiful...Natural...Soft and not over done...I highly recommend :)
