I found out about under eye/tear trough fillers two years ago and have been contemplating getting that done ever since. Eventually, I decided I wanted to do it if I could find an injector that I felt comfortable with. I found Teresa and examples of her work on the CSPS website, and I’m SO glad I did! She is so genuinely kind, I really look forward to seeing her and talking to her. She did a wonderful and thorough consultation with me, and answered every question I had before I could even ask! I had consultations with other injectors at other facilities, but I always left feeling rushed or as if they didn’t offer any additional information outside the questions I asked (and since I’m not an expert, I worried I wasn’t asking every necessary question). Teresa was ready and enthusiastic about giving me information, and was happy to answer what few questions I had left. During my injection appointment she did a fantastic job making things quick and comfortable, and I was immediately in love with the results! At my follow up appointment, we were both thrilled with the settled results! And she didn’t recommend or pressure me to add more filler, as we both agreed the initial amount looked absolutely perfect and natural. The circles under my eyes have been an insecurity of mine since I was a kid, and now at 29 years old, I no longer have to even think about them! Wow! I will be back to Teresa and CSPS for all of my future skincare needs. I won’t go to anyone else. She is the best!!

In 2017 at 22 years old I got my breast done by Dr. Papillion. I am just getting the courage to tell my story. I came to see him all way from Mississippi and he was trying to convince me to get bigger breast than I was comfortable with. I didn’t allow this and told him what I felt would look best on me and what I was the comfortable in around my family. Remember, I am just 22. After the surgery at 8 weeks, I had worn the straps religiously and followed all post operative protocol. My left breast was not healing correctly. I had a capsular Contracture. I called the office and they told me everything would have to be out of pocket to fix this. I asked them how I could fix it and they said it would have to be in their office without anesthesia, and I would have to sign a waiver. Fast forward to me coming into their office and signing the waiver. I lay down in a room, the nurse held my hand. I was awake without anesthesia only a dose of Valium. He numbed the area and started the procedure. This is where things take a dramatic turn. As he is doing the procedure I start having uncontrollable shakes. And the nurse started vocalizing that I was expressing myself in my hands. I was visibly convulsing. He got extremely irritated and very impatient with me and did not show any type of concern (more anger and discontent). He then says something along the lines of “I can’t deal with this” (something I’ll never forget) and he stormed out of the room. I was terrified. The nurse told me “don’t worry, he will come back.”She was very sweet and caring. She leaves the room and I’m alone, to I guess convince him to come back. He comes back and she holds my hand and says we are going to start again. (As he reaches over and starts the procedure HE DID NOT SAY A WORD TO ME after re-entering the room) he finishes the procedure and didn’t say one word and walked out. And the nurse came over and put a bandage on and asked me how I was going to get home. All in all this man’s bedside manner was DEPLORABLE. I hope after all these years he’s figured out how to be a better doctor and be more connected to his patients.

Dr John Moore is the most amazing surgeon I’ve experienced the good fortune to visit!! He is articulate, personable and excellent in his profession! I’m more than pleased at his performance with me and looking forward to seeing him again!!! If there were 10 stars…. He’d score that with me!💕💕💕💕👍

I recently went and had a consult with Teresa S in the Nashville office and ended up getting a few things done. I was a new patient and had never been here before which is always nerve wracking, but the moment I got there Teresa greeted me and you would have thought I was an old friend. Teresa is so genuine, and I’m sure anyone that knows her knows exactly what I’m talking about. You just can’t fake that level of kindness, and it put my nerves completely at ease. I brought her several things I was considering doing, but wanted her advice on what she thought. We ended up doing less than I brought up to her, because she didn’t think I needed one of the things, and the other she recommended we hold off on to see how the other injections settle (which is EXACTLY what you want from someone who’s going to be working on your face: someone who will give you advice based on their expertise and not just to make $ off you). I knew I was in great hands with her!! The whole experience was SO pleasant that there is no doubt I’ll be scheduling with her for as long as I live in the Nashville area. I could go on and on about how kind, welcoming, and helpful Teresa is, but I should also mention that the work she did on me exceeded my expectations. I’m so happy with my results and they looked better than I could imagine. I ended up getting botox, chin filler, and a little jawline filler, and because I had a budget we didn’t end up using many syringes, but she was able to make a big difference with what she had to work with. I LOVE my results. My hope is that this review gets seen by her superiors (if she has any), and she gets recognition for how great she is.
