Love Laser Away in Green Hills ! Great spa and service. Tennessee ( yes that’s her name) is my nurse and she’s exceptional! From the front desk scheduling to the nurses they will jump through hoops for their customers! They also have a variety medical lasers and treatments and Weightloss management products. Go for it!
