Missy is great! I’ve been going to this practice on and off for 15+ years for a variety of skin care needs. She always takes the time to listen and give great advice. I’m happy with the staff and short wait times!

Do not go to this practice. They lie to your face. I called and asked if they accepted Cigna, and they confirmed that they did. I made the appointment with the thought that they accepted my insurance. They did not call and get authorization for my annual full body exam. Just received a bill for $336. Contacted my carrier and they explained the provider should have called for pre authorization, and I was out of luck. I will never make that mistake again.

I’ve been going to see Dr. Retief since I moved to Nashville 4 years ago. I actually look forward to going to the office. The staff is phenomenal. The office is immaculate. My appointments are always ON TIME. I always recommend her to all of my friends. She makes me look and feel better. Her Liquid Envy from their BuffRx line has changed my life. Thank you Dr. Retief and staff for making me feel like family.

I recently had a CO2 laser treatment with Dr Retief. Before the treatment, Dr Retief spent a lot of time showing pictures and detailing the recovery steps. She did not try to sugarcoat it! The treatment was pain free and I was provided with materials and products to use at home. Dr Retief or her nurse checked in with me every day! They adjusted my products based on the pictures I sent. I am now one month out and my skin is healing exactly as Dr Retief predicted. Yes my face was bright red and blistered after the treatment. Most lasers that truly do something will have that initial result. Anyone saying differently either chose to ignore what they were told before the procedure or they are lying. My husband told me I look 10 years younger. I wouldn't trust anyone to do this level of treatment but Dr Retief is professional and really experienced. I was in good hands.
