My parents made an appointment as new patients. My father called back a couple weeks before the appointment to confirm the date/time for their appointments. They showed up at the office today and they said they didn’t have them on the schedule at all. They live an hour away from the office, so that was quite a bit of gas to waste for the office’s mistake. I think Tennova needs to look into their scheduling system because there is clearly a system issue or a human one. The same thing happened to my mother last year when she made an appointment with a gynecologist in the same building. She showed up for her appointment and they said that she didn’t have an appointment.

Dr Primka was great for my husband’s mohs surgery. The staff was good at the Dowel Springs office in TN! Yes I had to specify TN because unbeknown to us this company is ran out of multiple states. The back office staff at the Dowell Springs office was great. The front ladies were ok but could be a little more patient friendly. HOWEVER!!……….upon completion on the Mohs surgery we had a few issues that arose about 12 days post operation and when we tried to talk to Kate at the one of the offices (once again trying to talk to anyone at the local office is almost impossible) they were unwilling to help us in a timely manner. We had to reach out to our primary care manger to get the help we needed. The unprofessionalism that we received from this company is 100% unacceptable! We did receive a call back 24 hours after initiating phone conversation from the office BUT only after leaving a message with the office manger. Further more we asked to seek the doctor’s care that preformed the surgery and we were denied that request. We spent 23 years in the US Navy and never received the lack of care that we have here. Also to add to all of this my husband had his biopsy done 6/14/24. They received the results 6/18/24. We did not get any communication till 7/24/24!!! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! Would not recommend this place to my dying relative. Just horrible.

I filled out their website 'make appointment' form. Immediately following, i rec'd a reply that said someone would be back in touch within 2 business days. Two weeks later, I rec'd a call. They said they could see me in 3 months. Obviously, this place doesn't know how to run a business. I am now very suspect of their practice if this is how they treat people. I am definitely going somewhere else.

Normally really like the clinic, HOWEVER, they sent in an rx over a month ago and the pharmacy has been reaching out to them for "clarification" and never rec'd the information they needed. Now my son is without medication for over a month.

I scheduled an appointment to have a surgery done about a month ago. Two hours before I was supposed to have my surgery, I get a phone call saying that the provider I was scheduled with does not do surgeries. Now I have to wait over a month to have this procedure. It is extremely frustrating that they scheduled me for a surgery with someone who does not do surgeries and that they only noticed two hours before my surgery was supposed to happen. Absolutely ridiculous on the part of the office staff. Update: After my appointment was rescheduled, I received a phone call informing me that I needed to once again reschedule my appointment since the doctor they scheduled me with was not doing surgeries on that day. I was able to get an appointment for the same day and same location at a different time. However, when I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that the doctor that I was scheduled with was not in office that day. Rescheduling 3 times is beyond ridiculous. This whole organization is an absolute circus, so they only employ clowns. Save yourself time, money, and a headache and do not come here.
