Pinnacle Dermatology - Springfield

This was my first visit to Sandra French. She was very professional as well as knowledgeable. Her nurse was very nice and put me at ease over the biopsies. The front office was welcoming. They had bottled water available in small frig. along with a coffee station. The front office personnel was knowledgeable, professional, accommodating and efficient. Upon exit as I went by front office personnel the lady was friendly as I left. I would recommend the Springfield location to others. I have not been to any of the other offices.

I have seen Sandra French NP for several dermatology issues over the last few years. Each time she has taken the time to evaluate, talk, and teach me not only of my conditions but how to treat them in and out of the office. She has wonderful bedside manner, and is incredibly knowledgeable in this profession. As someone who also works in healthcare, I can say she is one of the best in the field to see! Highly recommend her.

They are always friendly and courteous. Most importantly they are on time. I have never had to wait more than a couple minutes past my appointment time. Sandra is very thorough and takes the time to explain everything. I never feel like I’m being rushed through just to get to the next patient. If you are looking for a dermatologist in Springfield, TN, I’d highly recommend Pinnacle Dermatology.

I was greeted with a friendly face and she explained what I needed to fill out paperwork wise. Then the Doctor’s assistant called me back and ask some questions about why I was there. She was very helpful and friendly. Then the Doctor came in checked thinks out. She ask questions and we discussed several things. I really felt comfortable here. She made her evaluation and we discussed next steps. I am really glad I met with them today. Great place ! My second visit was as good as the first visit. I really like Sandra French. She is so helpful and knowledgeable. She really listens to you and will do all she can to help you ! Awesome place !

All personnel are warm and friendly. Sandra French is awesome. Very thorough exam and proactive on any areas that are questionable. Highly recommend.
