Emily is thorough, patient and professional. She is awesome!!! Ami at the front desk is friendly and does a great job!

The care providers are wonderful. In fact, if more were like Emily, obtaining medical care would not be such a dreaded experience. Unfortunately, to get to the providers, you have to get past the receptionist. The young woman running the desk tends to be unsmiling, unwelcoming and generally unpleasant. The first time, I assumed she was having a bad day. After a few visits, I have concluded that it is just the way she is. That being said, I have had no problems with the actual care providers.

Carla Trail is the BEST!! She listens to your concerns and will take whatever time she needs to to make her patients feel that they matter to her and will address every issue you might have. I recommend all my friend and family to her. Fast Pace is truly losing an AMAZING provider!! I will definitely follow her wherever she goes!!

The staff at Fast Pace in Tullahoma are always friendly and helpful. It is super easy to make an appointment and I get an appointment quickly. Dr. Carla Trail is incredibly responsive and listens to all your concerns. I've seen other practitioners there, as well, who are equally great listeners and problem solvers. I feel very blessed to have this practice in my hometown.

Professional , convenient, caring, incredible staff from lobby all the way to the nurses and doctors. They don't play around they make sure you're healthcare is taken care of and they don't play around about getting your lab results and setting you on the healthcare path you need to be on and getting you the treatment you need to stay healthy and improve your health.
