Dr. Thompson and her entire staff are wonderful, they listen to my concerns, answered all my questions, without making me feel rushed. Even accommodated me with a telahealth appointment when I was too sick for an in person appointment. They are definitely an asset to Humphrey's county

One star can't describe my experience at this facility. Doctor Thompson listens to hear say on the streets about patients. This experience makes me leery of all doctor now and I don't even go to the doctor but once or twice a year . But I will say my experience had me crying for days over fasle assumptions made about me and my boyfriend. I take big pride in the person I am and doing the right things In life. Words cannot express how great Heather and her team are. With the medical issue I had. It took one urgent care,one family doctor, two dermatologist, two plastic surgeons, and a couple of thousand dollars to get absolutely nowhere. And let's not forget about the time. I learned about Heather. Called immediately, 20 hours later my issue was solved. I 100% know that I was under charged for the services that she provided. I honestly couldn't be paid to see anyone else in the area now for medical care.

Going to see Heather was one of the best decisions I've made. She is professional without being cold. Never rushes, takes time to listen, and goes above and beyond for her patients. 10/10 person and primary care provider.

I've never been to her office, but she came to me when my probable herniated disk went haywire. I was in such pain that there was no possible way to ride in a car. She came out, gave me a couple of shots, and brought the meds needed. It worked, and I can now function again. I can't speak highly enough based on this incredible woman and professional who cares. Now my go-to medical professional for myself and my family. Thank you, Heather.
