-Writing review for a family member. - Had scheduled a new patient appointment more than (1) month ago. Conveniently today, received a call from the office that the "doctor had to leave early Friday" and as this was an afternoon appointment, I was placed on the cancellation list. Also note, this is the Friday BEFORE Memorial Day, so I am sure it isn't an emergent/urgent situation for the reschedule and it's for provider R&R and his poor planning. Due to my occupation with the Federal government, I have to provide more than ample notice and do not have the luxury of poor planning (as this physician apparently does). As this was a "medical" visit and not an aesthetic/elective service, I am back to square one with addressing actual concerns. I do appreciate this happening on the preemptive end though; at least I don't have to deal with "issues" after I've had services rendered.

Dr. Alred and the whole staff are super sweet and made my experience much more pleasant than it could’ve been. I will definitely be keeping my annual visits with him and any needed in between.

Staff was very friendly and observant well explained the procedure and showed care and compassion

Great doctor and nurses,very kind and gentle. Professional in every way.
