Excellent staff, fast and friendly. Doctor Hensley was very prompt. He listened to my issues, and came up with a resolve. I had unrelated questions regarding services. He was very patient and explained in detail what we could do. Thank you so much Dr Hensley, I appreciate you and your staff.
Called to make apt all theg wanted was insurance info and receptionist was really rude dnt know if I wanna call back I dnt like rude receptionist
I was taken to the exam room soon after arriving, and only waited about 15 minutes for Dr. Hensley. Meanwhile, Cynthia took care of me while I waited and asked me all the questions to prepare for Dr. Hensley visit. He diagnosed my issues quickly, and listened to me, then answered all of my questions while he treated me. Great visit from start to finish. Thank you all.
Made and appointment as a new patient to see the NP due to Dr. Hensley not having anything sooner available. I don’t have a problem with seeing the NP at all as I’m sure they would have offered great medical service. I had asked for time off from work to make my appointment. The day before my appointment I got a voice mail saying they will cancel my appointment for not registering in there patient portal. I was not given an option to get it done a few hours before or even by the time of appointment. I understand paperwork needs to be done however I am also in the medical field I cannot imagine telling a patients there new patient appointment is canceled simply because it is convenient for me and my job for them to have paperwork done before an appointment. When I called back to ask if this was truly the case I was put on hold for 10 min so personnel could verify that was the "new" policy. It would of been nice for them to have given the option to get the paperwork done before the end of the day, or told can you come in 20 min before you appointment to get the paperwork that we need done. I asked for time off of work for nothing, my appointment turned into what is convenient for the staff and not what the patient needs. This is coming from someone in the medical field who has worked in front office and back office.
Dr. Hensley saved my life last October by spotting a melanoma. The melanoma has been removed, along with some lymph nodes. Ever since, Dr. Hensley has provided regular checkups and CT scans. When I go for an office visit, I am pleased that Covid protocols are in place. I am always welcomed by the receptionists, and seen by Dr. Hensley within a reasonable time. He and his staff are very pleasant and professional. I feel like my concerns and questions are always heard and answered. I am so glad I found Dr. Hensley!
