I was very impressed with the doctor . At check out time I requested my office summary visit and just in the time she left the room, I changed and got to the front desk ,my paperwork had all my information and diagnosis info...Everything was done in detail. I was very surprised and grateful Everything done In such a timely manner, polite Doctor and staff. Definitely recommend !!

I stopped by as a new patient and walked in. The front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. Said they had availability in 15 mins for an open appointment. She did the paperwork and scheduled me. It was a piece of cake. Although it took over an hour to see the actual Dr everything was super smooth. The Dr I saw was helpful and super nice. I would highly recommend them. And will definitely be a future patient.

I was a first time client going in for and ingrown hair on my chin. Dr. Hoang did nothing but take a picture and look at my chin. She never touched nor did anything else and kept saying it could be cancer. She prescribed 2 tubes of meds 1 costing $95 and the other $3. Charged a $125 copay. I used as told for a month with practically no results. Went back for follow up and same thing as initial visit and another $125 and come back in 4 weeks. Hair still not removed. NOT going back at this point just out over $300 for ingrown hair that I still have to get out myself. Don’t recommend!!!!

So far my experience at the North Arlington location has been fantastic! Dr. Phan is incredibly caring, kind, and very competent. She listened to my concerns and helped me formulate a regimen that works for my skin as well as one I'm able to afford with my insurnace. Miriam, a medical assistant at this location has also been incredibly informative, proffessional, and kind during this process. All of the staff here I've met with, includng the front desk staff have been amazing!

I recently had an appointment and came back to read some reviews. I didn't check them beforehand because I had a positive experience at another location a few years ago. Please heed the negative reviews about Mimi Phan. It's not worth the risk of encountering an unpredictable experience. You have the right to choose a healthcare provider who consistently shows kindness and care, not just when administering fillers. If you have acne or sensitive skin issues, I strongly advise against coming here. It doesn't feel safe.
