If you value your time, don’t waste it at this office! While the doctor is great, the scheduling system is a complete disaster. The last time I came with my son, we waited at least an hour past our appointment time. Today, we had a 9:15 appointment, arrived 10 minutes early, and there were already 10-15 people ahead of us. When I asked the receptionist how far behind they were, I was told nothing helpful. I have work commitments, and it’s clear this office does not value their patients’ time. It’s frustrating because they clearly overbook, prioritizing profit over patient care. They know how many patients are scheduled, yet they keep cramming more in. Avoid this place unless you’re okay with wasting hours of your day.

I went to Dr. Sroa one time and she correctly diagnosed my skin condition and prescribed medication that worked. I had been misdiagnosed for twenty plus years. I have seen so many dermatologists and doctors before her and everything prescribed never worked. I’ve had to use tons of band aids to cover the cracks in my skin and it was so painful. She truly gave me a miracle. I’m so thankful to her.

I’ve recently visited Dr. Sora and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish everything about this office exceeded my expectations. First off the office was spotless. You can tell they take cleanliness seriously would immediately put me at ease. The environment was modern welcome, welcoming, and incredibly well mannered is simply amazing. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me, answered all my questions with patience and expertise. It’s clear that they’re compassionate about their work and generally care about their patience. I felt valued at a the time which is rare these days. I highly recommend Dr. Sora to anyone looking for top-notch dermatologist.

Extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Novie Sroa at Bare Dermatology. I arrived for my scheduled appointment only to wait 40 minutes past my appointment time before even being called back. No updates, no explanation—just a waste of time and unprofessional delay. Once I finally saw Dr. Novie Sroa, I explained that I was there for a medication refill for a treatment that has been working for me. Instead of continuing the necessary prescription, she dismissed the medical decisions of my previous doctors (from the same location) and refused to add refills for the medications I need for my long-term health. Instead, she pushed holistic, unregulated suggestions—something I did not ask for and would not expect from a medical doctor. If I wanted alternative treatments, I wouldn't be paying for a doctor’s visit expecting real, evidence-based medical care. Patients come to doctors for professional, science-backed treatment—not personal opinions on alternative medicine. This visit was a complete waste of time and money. I will not be returning to this office despite its convenience. If you value a doctor who respects proven medical treatments and patient needs, I strongly recommend finding another provider.

Dr. Sroa is hands down one of the most compassionate and knowledgeable doctors that I have ever been a patient of, across all fields. She genuinely is excited to share her insight and truly cares about her patients as individuals. She tailors her advice to the patient and meets them where they are with their routines and finances. She makes her recommendations on not only what is needed but what is reasonable as next steps for improving your conditions without expecting total lifestyle change. I will never see another dermatologist!
