Dr. Michelle and her staff are detailed, compassionate and professional . They gave me an honest review of my body and gently provided suggestions and advice on how to rejuvenate my 55 year old figure. I am two weeks post-op, and although I have four more weeks of recovery to go, it’s very exciting to see the results thus far. She and her staff were very thorough in advance of the procedures and have been very attentive to all my questions and concerns post-op. I’m very grateful for her expertise and attention to detail with regard to my procedures and overall transformation. I expect the final results will be remarkable.

Highly recommend, Dr Michelle and her staff are amazing. She has worked wonders with deep lines I had in my forehead from sun scarring and age. I also love Tina and would tell anyone to sign up for the monthly facial membership keeps your skin fresh and she does a fab job. Worth every penny, and if you’re questioning where to go - go here, really! I rarely write reviews but I know I wasn’t sure where to go until my friend recommended Dr Michelle, so hope this helps someone else who may not have a trusted referral.

I love Dr. Michele and the whole team at Austin Cosmetic Surgery! Roshana, Natalie, Haylee and Jonathan have all been so sweet, attentive, thorough and responsive from my initial consultation thru my surgeries and post surgery care. The results from my abdominoplasty, breast reconstruction and augmentation have been amazing. I suffered from diastasis recti and had major scarring and issues from child bearing. Dr. M is very thoughtful about her approach in providing women confidence in their bodies again! I’m so grateful I went with ACS! I’m down from a size 12 to size 4 in less than 5 weeks! Cannot recommend enough!

Dr. Michelle has given my life back! I had a horrible experience with a filler. Another doc injected the wrong type of filler which created a several months of me covering my face with makeup and wearing big glasses/hats. I was so miserable and went to different specialists but no one could help. I’m a physician myself and felt that no one could help! I met Dr.Michelle, she offered to help me and honestly my level of hope was very low but I could tell she knew what she was talking about and I felt I could trust her. She immediately had a plan and I got my face back! I was able to go out without makeup to the gym! The little things in life that we don’t cherish. Her staff is amazing and very knowledgeable as well. This is place is where everyone should do thier cosmetic treatment! I recommend her to all my friends

Love love this place! The girls are spot on with recommendations and they are very attentive throughout the whole process. Michelle and her team host informational happy hours to discuss product and services. The facials are amazing and comfortable music and atmosphere. I had diastases and with surgery and the strength and conditioning exercises it was a perfect mommy transition. The facials help with toning and lifting because I have yet to get injections, the self care naturally is a perfect alternative.
