I love coming here!! The front staff is so warm and inviting. Dr. Dietert is the best and put my mind at ease with my skin check! I was also nervous about cosmetics but she did my lips and jawline and I almost cried how beautiful it looked!! Botox was painless!! :) Jenna checked me out and the whole experience was great! I left with a skin care routine that I would feel confident in, she explained how to use each product and the order and even wrote it down for me!!! Love this place!! I wish I can give 10 stars!!! ⭐️

Dr Dietert is wonderful. She can always get me in. She’s pleasant , thorough and knowledgeable. I’ve had both cosmetic and medical procedures done by Dr Dietert and always get excellent and natural-looking results. Her staff (especially Jenna) are always kind and helpful.

Dr Dietert is the only one I fully trust with my Botox. I’ve tried going to someone closer to home and it’s never as good! Worth the drive if you live across town. She’s treated my eczema and has also removed two spots from my shins. Great bedside manner and makes every treatment as comfortable as possible.

I met with Dr. Dietert for the first time today. I had typed out my frustrations with a number of dermatological issues I'm dealing with. Dr. Dietert was calm, self-assured and professional. She adeptly and patiently covered all my symptoms and questions. Most importantly, she gave me great advice and a game plan moving forward. She cautioned me about potential pitfalls with the plan I had typed out. She didn't have a magic wand to clear up my skin, but she pointed me towards a brighter future. I am so glad to have met with Dr. Dietert today and look forward to our next appointment with hopefully clearer skin. The saying if you could give 0 stars I would ! I highly do not recommend Dr. Jessica Nikki Dietert . Very rude & unprofessional. Now I will say Mrs. Ladia & Mrs. Jennifer where every welcoming & helpful both did an amazing job. Patient care was a 10/10 .
