Mia Aesthetics Austin

This is technically my second procedure at Mia Aesthetics, and I have to say, the entire experience from start to finish has been significantly better this time around. Michael Casanova has been amazing—guiding me through the process and providing incredible support along the way. Scheduling and communicating with the Mia team have been smooth and effortless. My in-person consultation with Dr. Morse was thorough, and we had a clear plan in place before surgery, unlike my previous experience where I felt uncertain going in. One of the things that truly stood out was Dr. Morse personally calling me the day before my surgery. He took the time to walk me through the procedure, answer my questions, and make sure I felt completely comfortable. The conversation felt genuine and unhurried, which meant a lot. On the day of surgery, I met with the team, including the nurse and anesthesiologist, both of whom were fantastic and helped ease my nerves. Dr. Morse came in, carefully did his markings, and reviewed the plan with me once more. Impressively, he wasn’t rigid about the plan—he took the time to go over an alternative option with me. To ensure the best outcome, he even brought in another surgeon for a second opinion, which I truly appreciated. His honesty and transparency reassured me that he had my best interests at heart rather than simply proceeding without discussion. Once we were all on the same page, the surgery took place. Afterward, I was wheeled into recovery, where I was met by incredibly kind and attentive nurses who checked on me frequently. To my surprise, Dr. Morse even stopped by to check in and show me post-op photos, which was a wonderful touch. I would highly recommend Mia Aesthetics and Dr. Morse for any surgical procedures.

DR. Rambod Charepoo did an excellent job on my procedure! The results are amazing! i did a weight loss challenge 10 yrs ago and was left with extra loose skill and fat. Its gone, finally. The entire staff at Mia Aesthetics helped me through all stages of my surgery. Probella Nurse Dee picked me up at Mia helped with my 5 days after surgery. I am grateful I found the best surgeon in Austin!

Mia Aesthetics in Austin has been a warm and friendly experience. The office and clinical staff didn’t come off across as judgmental. I was nervous since this was my second round BBL. There is a strong comparison between the previous procedure I had with another clinic in Miami than here in Austin. I did not feel as rushed or as in much pain post op as my first surgery. Today is day 4 post op for me. It’s important to be sure you do everything that is needed in the recovery progress. We have a responsibility in our own recovery. From an aesthetic point of view, there is obviously swelling /bruising/pain all which can distort the results. I think being realistic and patient is what will make the journey less difficult. Thanks to Dr. Charepoo, the anesthesiologist, the nurses and front end staff. Mia Aesthetics’ compassion and professionalism shines through.

My experience here at Mia’s Aesthetics in Austin, TX was amazing! I went in 12/2/24 with Dr. Charepoo. He made me feel at ease and went over all the details for my BBL. The anesthesiologist was SUPER sweet. He made me feel comfortable since this was my first time going under and he was supportive. I love how the result is coming in. I’ve never had lipo before so the sensations are still coming back but I have no pain. The pain subsided after around 4-5 days. Afterwards it has just been a bit of uncomfortableness, but it’s been very bearable and is continuing to deminish. The staff here for the aftercare are very knowledgeable and kind. My massages were helpful and much needed, I’m happy these came with my package. I also really appreciate the consistent follow ups regarding my surgery. I will say if you’re worried or concerned about health issues regarding blood loss or just the healing process in general I cannot stress enough that eating protein and exercising beforehand will help you through this process and experience. I feel like I’ve healed super fast and was even told by 3 nurses that I’ve healed very fast. I’m not a gym rat by any means but I do try to workout at least twice a week and my “healthy” eating is just watching what I do put into my body. I would highly recommend coming to Mia’s in Austin, TX.

The amount of care and attention along with support at this facility and staff is so amazing. Dr. Charepoo was my surgeon and when I say that he gave his full attention to make sure I was stable and comfortable just said it more than any words could describe! I got a bbl with lipo 360, currently in recovery and I am local! Mia aesthetics as been more than attentive and on top of all of my concerns! The nurses during my post operative surgery were amazing Angeles from heaven! I’m a very picky person and can be extremely sensitive to the care these facilities have because I care about my health and my life, and Mia aesthetics Austin, Texas over did themselves and so much more! I was blessed and in good hands, as per my minor complications, they assured my health before anything! Let’s not forget my after care massages for drainage at the facility with Mrs. Tiu Rios ( even at her own facility ) were soothing and so communicative! These people were more than just my guides they were my cheerleaders and gave me more than my dream come true ! Thank you so much Dr. Charepoo and Mia aesthetics staff!!
