Novopelle Med Spa

The entire company lacks integrity. I made a purchase that cost me $1,148 and they closed the Houston office without ever contacting me so I never got my service. I’ve tried contacting Novopelle various times and nobody will answer the phone or email me back. I was basically robbed and scammed. I do not recommend them at all. I am furious.

I absolutely would recommend Novopelle! Mariana is awesome all the way around, she explains everything with great detail. Our conversations and laughs shes great. She has such positive attitude and welcoming. And the other staff Ruth is great very pleasant and friendly. Their all so welcoming. They Always made me feel comfortable. And most importantly I see great results with my treatment. I'm definitely satisfied with the outcome. I will miss going to sessions!I seen results from start to finish. Their very knowladgble and educated on their work.

I have been going to Austin Novopelle Med Spa for various treatments and I would not stop for any reason. My laser hair removal treatment was a success. The wood instruments were also a good treatment for my body. I saw immediate results. I mean instant! Now they have introduced threading and I LOVE IT. I've had my face threaded and my lips recently. I wish I could also post my own pictures. Small pain for beauty and I would do it all over again. If you have not inquired about it I recommend calling. The place looks amazing as always. Mariana and her team are by far excellent! I have recommended Austin Novopelle Med Spa to people I talk too. In almost every conversation that I have, I cannot help but to mention this place. I purchased a six-session package over the phone, and I had my first session yesterday. The place rocks, and the customer service is awesome. I loved how attentive Myra was, and how quickly she moved. I would recommend this place to ANYONE!!!!! I had two laser hair removal treatments somewhere else in town. They were both good, but this time, I am extremely satisfied!! Totally worth the money!!

Mariana is the best! Very warm and welcoming. As a first time customer of any kind of beauty/skin treatment, she made me very comfortable! If you're on the fence about where to even start, ask for Mariana! She's very knowledgeable, highly skilled and a pleasure to have a conversation with. : )
