First Dr Buckspan was our surgeon. Whom I don't believe is there anymore. He is amazing. He did both mine and my daughter's surgeries. Everything went perfect. I just happen to find out by accident that when you have an implant replaced and it is not very old. That Mentor will pay part of the replacement fees. Well i paid up front. Which is normal. The total price. Then they received money from Mentor. Never refunding me. When I found out yrs later and called. The office manager said. And i quote. You signed the form for it to come to us and i responded but i paid in full up front. So I essentially gave them a 2400.00 tip. Cause the will not refund it. Now they will not take my calls. I am sure i am not the first but I am going to do everything in my power to make sure they don't do this to others in the future

I do NOT recommend this place! I would give 0 stars if I could! My experience with Personique was awful! I had a rhinoplasty done there in May 2022 and my results were horrible. I hate my nose now. The surgeon who performed my surgery left shortly after my procedure and the after care was nonexistent. When I reached out to personique a year after the procedure to state that I was unhappy with my results I was very disappointed. Dr. Ersek was not helpful at all and the clinic did not take responsibility for their horrible results. They dismissed my concerns and simply said that the doctor who operated on me was no longer there and the clinic was not going to help because they just provide the facility. If they did help I’d have to pay for a procedure again. No thank you! How could I possibly trust such a horrible establishment with mediocre doctors. They took before and after photos of my rhinoplasty and never shared them on their website because the result was so ugly and crooked. They still use extremely outdated photos and pretend not to have new photos of results because “patients don’t want to share” them. However, considering they never posted mine even after I gave permission assures me that it’s because they know their surgical work is not good! DO NOT GO HERE! I regret ever choosing this clinic for my rhinoplasty and hope one day I can fix what they ruined!
