I started the process of looking into a getting a breast reduction 2 years ago and I am glad I waited! A friend referred me to Dr. Piazza because I really wanted to pull the trigger last June to get a breast reduction done. I was a 34J and got tired of tops, swimwear, outfits that would not fit me right. The girls just got in the way of life and I had enough. I told Dr. Piazza what my vision was and let's just say he understood the assignment! He did a great job on my reduction! I loved his empathetic energy, calm demeanor, thoughtfulness, and he just understood what I wanted. Also, I definitely appreciate a surgeon who meditates prior to performing surgery! My recovery was better than I expected and I was able to function on my own at home (carefully following aftercare instructions of course). 1 year later I don't regret my decision at all moving forward with Dr. Piazza. I recommend him every chance I get! Also, his entire team are so friendly and sweet! If I had questions or concerns, they would get back to me in a very timely manner. Dr Piazza is great! From the start of my experience with a breast augmentation until now (6 months post op) I have felt very comfortable and taken care of every step of the way. He is very careful and did a wonderful job with my surgery itself. I am so pleased with the outcome and couldn't wish for anything more. My scars are barely visible now, my breasts look great and recovery was smooth and as painless as it could be for the most part. Along with this, in the consultation time period he was realistic and helps you to understand in depth the different sizing, profiles, etc and how each will look on your body. Going into this experience I wasn't sure what to expect but Dr Piazza and his team were slow and patient with me and assured me the whole way. I would absoloutly recommend him to anyone looking to have a breast Augmentation!

Dr. Piazza is far and away one of the top, if not the top, plastic surgeon in Austin. From beginning to end, he is personable, knowledgeable, caring and just overall an amazing guy! I went to 4 different consults around Austin with different (well known) surgeons and even did one virtual call with a surgeon in Scottsdale and in the end I decided to go with Dr. Piazza based on his clear knowledge of his craft and what he said he could offer and do for me. I had one surgeon in Austin basically tell me she couldn’t do what I wanted (I wanted a smaller breast aug), so when I brought that concern up to Dr. Piazza in my consult, he said he could 100% do what I was asking for - and he did! I did a full mommy makeover - tummy tuck, lipo, lift and breast aug and to say that I’m happy with my results is an understatement - I’m ecstatic! As someone who’s never been put under for any kind of surgery, I was very nervous, but he made me feel so at ease. I had zero nerves day of surgery. The anesthesiologist he works with is also top of the line in her craft, so that also put me at ease. I was able to have an hour phone call with her before my surgery day. They are the dynamic duo - you want them both doing your surgery. And the surgery center they work from is like going to a Spa - between the doctors, staff and surgery center - it was world class in my opinion. I would do this surgery all over again in a heartbeat knowing now how easy it was, the recovery and overall process from start to finish and how happy I am with my body. I get so many compliments. From the initial consult, I was so impressed with how quick and intelligent Dr. Piazza was - he was measuring and knew everything like the back of his hand. I had zero questions and concerns that he knew what he was doing and that he’d be the best at it. I could go on and on! Dr. Piazza was professional and personable. He is confident and knowledgeable. His staff is professional and so helpful. He was able to get some pre surgery tests done that my own Doctor was not able to do. He was positive and knew my concerns before I could express them. He was the perfect Doctor for me. The results were better than I imagined them.
