Dr Bhatt tackled the pit on my cheek left years earlier from a cyst, when other dermatologists could not be bothered. The area is now smooth and looks great. I am so grateful for her. She is kind and dedicated.

Doctor is wonderful. Knowledgeable. Spend time to listen to the patient. Extremely happy with making appointment to her. But I’m not happy with us dermatology call centre office. They let me know my medical results over the phone. But never posted on my patient portal. Request many times. The call centre lady answered the phone and then put me on hold and again. Even the last week when I asked them but they never responded

I am very grateful to have seen Dr. Bhatt this past week. She was thorough, yet eficient, asked questions along with explainations and - gave me options for treatment. All of this may not seem out of the norm for a medical practitioner, however, Dr. Bhatt, by comparison, is outstanding.

The care itself was incredible! My only feedback would be not to call so much about reminding me for my appointment. I counted 9 calls from their office, in less than 4 days reminding me, including a call when I was on my way to the appointment. It was a little much. But other than that no complaints about the care, and the staff was very nice!

Dr. Bhatt is an excellent doctor. She is thorough, detailed, open to questions, and makes you feel heard and supported. Her staff is also very helpful and responsive.
