Edith, Alex and Allison all went above and beyond for m! all were so helpful with my scheduling for in and next month appointments. They helped me with my phone applying the appointment where I am technically challenged in my phone. They didn’t have to but I appreciated the team effort and they were all smiles. I love coming in and saying hello to them as I meet with the derm. Love the derm! She’s helped me with building healthy habits which I appreciated. Plus she has such a soothing voice when she asks questions. She could bring peace to the Middle East. Love her!

I just lost my dad to stage 4 melanoma. I made this appointment at the request of my primary doctor. Kimberly Anderson the PA made it feel like “what are you even doing here” I had a list of other concerns seeing this was my first visit. When I asked for clarity on TMJ Botox she stated “it’s too expensive” I had to almost force her to explain the process. Just trying to get some guidance. She prescribed me acne cream and told me to follow up in 3 months. I immediately followed up with the Onion creek location. I found out that first time patients especially with my family history should be given a body skin check. I never received that. At the domain location. Because onion creek agreed the domain visit was so poor they wanted me to come in immediately. So this means booking two appointments with the same company at different locations within two days . Paying two different times. My advice don’t see the PA obviously they don’t know what they are doing.

Really great experience here with Mercedes and Kimberly. They helped me solve my skin issues in under 30 minutes. I love a quick and easy doctors visit. Great service, super clean and swanky facility, would recommend any one who needs a dermatologist come here.

This Westlake Domain dermatology practice was so nice because the place, people & atmosphere is very professional, positive & organized! I felt very well cared for from the moment I arrived to departure which was very prompt & efficient to get me on to my next task that day!

I actually haven’t been in yet, but Sarah with the scheduling department was so nice and patient and knowledgeable, I had to drop a quick review. She was the best of anyone I’ve ever spoken with to schedule. We need more kind people like this in the world.
