I absolutely love Amber and prosperity health. After having kids, my struggle with my weight has been a nightmare. I tried exercising and diets on my own but it was a hopeless feeling. Thanks to Prosperity Health, I went from XXL over 220lbs to a size medium under 160lbs. I also love that I can reach out to address my health concerns and actually feel heard.

Amber is the best! I have been very happy with my lip fillers! She takes the time to answer any questions or concerns and makes you feel comfortable! 10/10 recommend

First visit for weight loss with Amber. She is very helpful and knowledgeable about weight loss and insurance plans. Everyone else in the office was also great!

Amazing, wonderful place. They found some problems in blood work that no other Dr noticed. Life-changing! And they got us in within a day, and they listened, just amazing, our favorite Dr in Azle, to me, the best Doctors office around. They get to the root of the problem.
