All of the staff is super nice, helpful, caring and knowledgeable. Love them. However, as with every doctor’s offices these days, let’s say over the last 10-15 years, insurance companies have united and taken a larger slice of the pie. That trickles down and forces doctors to limit the time they spend with patients. That’s not OK.
Very friendly staff and healthcare provider Unfortunately I need to revise my review. 1st appointment was great. My next visit was scheduled for 2 weeks but when I arrived (an hour drive) they somehow had not booked appropriately and said the next available was 3 hours later. Like I can sit in town for that long and have no other things to do. Their mistake and I was supposed to just .... whatever. I'll find a place more accountable.
I booked an appointment for a cancer screening on my face. I've never had that done, and knew it was time. I had some spots I was concerned with. The staff sent me paperwork to fill out before my appointment, so I did. But when I arrived they couldn't find it so I had to do it again. They also messed up entering my insurance number, so that had to be redone as well. I felt the check in time was too long and disorganized. But they were friendly, so it was fine. These things happen. But when I got to the room with the nurse she started asking me about my rash? I told her I was here for my face and wanted a cancer screening done. She was clearly frustrated. When the doctor came in, she was not friendly, like at all. She seemed irritated when I told her I had these areas on my face that I was concerned with. She barely glanced at it. Keep in mind, this is my first ever screening and my Mom had melanoma. My fiance goes to the dermatologist in Smithville and at every appointment they go all over his face, and upper body with the little tool thing, even tho he was booked for a spot he was concerned about. So that is what I was expecting. She asked if I wanted that spot frozen off. When I asked if she was going to check my face for cancer she was really annoyed and rude and asked what other spots I'm concerned with. I was like you tell me...your the doctor. How am I supposed to know? So I pointed out a few areas of concern, and that was it. She checked for nothing else. Pretty frustrating. My insurance covers this place, but I will gladly pay cash to go somewhere else for true medical care.
Greeted at check in promptly and by very courteous and friendly receptionist. Wait was not long to be called in for appointment. Seen by Dr Sayid for my appointment, she was friendly and thorough with my checkup. Was scheduled for my next appointment at checkout
Originally my appointment was made with Tru-Skin here locally, but I had dealings with y'all 6 years ago successfully. I chose to drive the 53 miles instead. Clean, not much of a wait from my appointment time, maybe 5 minutes. I've recommended you to others around here.
